‘Manmilan Vivah Sanstha’ :- ‘’Registered Marriage Bureau working for Maharashtra/Marathi Community through online and offline web services through themselves and their authorised service points from Satara, Maharashtra’’ hereinafter, mentioned as “firm”.
‘Service’ :- Profiles registered with us for marriage are posted (By Customers themselves or by Firm on customers request) and displayed to our registered customers and service points on our exclusive website – https://www.manmilan.in All the services done by using this website and its use are the services provided by the Firm on our terms and conditions is called and deemed as services.
‘Package/ Packages’ :- Package is/are the choice provided by the firm to the customer which contains services to be provided to the customer. These packages are designed and delivered by the firm and may change time to time without notice to any customer/service points/anyone. The firm reserves their right to alter/amend/delete/cancel/introduce/change package/s as per their own decision without giving notice to customer/s, service points. Services are automatically/manually suspended by the firm without notice to the customer/s, service point when package period lapse. Customer may renew/cancel/change/buy the package after intimation o the firm and necessary compliance with the firm.
‘Service Points’ :- Service Points are our(Firm’s) authorised associates. Customer may register with the firm through our authorized service points, those are registered through service points shall abide with our all the terms and conditions and shall binding on all of such customers. Those service points are terminated or cancelled their customers are not liable for any service from our firm. The customers are having validity of Package are only liable for taking benefits of our services.
‘Customers’ :- Customer/s are those registered profiles who are validly entered their information and complied all the necessary compliances with the firm are only considered as authorized customers/ customer/s. Those who have entered wrong/false/misleading/illegal information are not held as customer. Those who are afterword getting married (Through our firm’s reference or else) at the same time and event he/she shall be deemed as terminated as our/firm’s customer and he/she shall also binding to inform our firm of marriage. If they not do so then they become unauthorized users and liable for legal action and compensation. Customers can also be treated as users/you.
‘Authorized Gateways of Payment’ :- Payments shall be made by the customers only on our authorized payment gateways i.e. firm’s authorized bank account, firm’s office counter, service points authorized office counter (In the hands of service points authorized person, on customers risk). Customers shall confirm bank details and payment demands on the firm’s administration desk/representatives and then only payments shall be made. Those payments are considered as valid payments which are made in accordance to terms and conditions of the firm. Fake calls, Fake bank accounts are possibly approach to the customers and they shall aware of this things. And do not pay any amount to such people/fake agents/fake telecaller. In such case, payments made are not considered as paid to the firm. And no any liability shall be binding on the firm.
‘Authorized staff’ :- Firms appointed, enrolled and employed staff is called as authorized staff and is/are must be salaried by the firm. Staff who has left/terminated office is/are not deemed as office authorized staff. And any transactions done by them after termination/left job are not legal and binding on the firm.
‘Third Party Registrations’ :- Those registrations which are paid/registered by someone else than class – 1 relatives are third party registrations. In this case, only beneficiary and his class-1 relatives can use the services as per package. and, as per terms and conditions mentioned herein. Payer of the beneficiary neither become customer of firm nor can use the services of the firm. Such registrations are called third party registrations.
‘Breach of Terms and Conditions’ :- Violation of breach of terms and conditions, complaint against such customer, prima-facie evidence of default/breach of T&C, default in Payment, use of profile for financial demands, physical favour, any kind of personal relationship other than marriage, all other purposes other than for finding prospective lawful matrimonial alliance etc. And other breach of terms and conditions mentioned herein are held as breach of Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
1) The customer has only a right to use the services offered by the firm as per their package.
2) The firm shall not take any liability or commit any promise of arranging marriages.
3) The customers shall pay package charges and register them with true information before use of services provided by the firm.
4) Fees/package charges once paid cannot be refunded back in any case.
5) The customers shall fill up form online/offline before use of the services.
6) After registered with the firm’s authorized website, the customers can see their profile in 24 Hrs. And they can use and see the matching profiles as the use authorized service.
7) If other registered profiles thinks fit, they may contact you directly by approaching you through our(Fiirms) website for further discussion.
8) The firm will provide suggestions every 15 days through e-mail and/or SMS as complimentary service (Free service, not part of package and may terminated without notice)
9) Customer/s can see matching profiles anytime on the website in the period of their package validity.
10) The customer/s shall without fail and with immediate effect give intimation of their marriage if fixed/done to firm. Unless he/she shall be treated as unauthorized customer and held liable for legal action. Then they shall not use the services of the firm as authorized user.
11) The customers shall confirm and investigate proper information of the profiles matching to them while contacting on their own risk.
12) In case of false information, misleading information given by any matching profile shall not be liability of the firm. And the same shall be investigating before entering into any activity by the customer only. Any losses if arose from such activity/activities, contact the firm shall not be held liable and binding for any losses, future losses of the customer. In such case, the customer is solely held liable for losses if any.
13) The firm shall not take any responsibility of the truthfulness, valid intention of the customers. The same shall be cross-checked by the customers as their duty.
14) The firm shall not guarantee of match making and marriages fixation in any time or in the period of package. The firm is only a service medium to use and locate/find best match for you.
15) Customer/s shall not copy, transfer, share data provided under the services to them. If it is seen, then such customer can be terminated/ de-registered by the firm without notice. And such user held liable for legal action and compensation if any.
16) Customers intention to register with the firm shall be legal and in accordance with the prevailing laws of the land. If any person prohibited by law to do so shall not register themselves here. Then also he/she registered, shall be treated as void and such user held liable for legal action and compensation if any.
17) The customer shall explain in registration form the reason for enrolment. Whether he/she register for self, daughter, son, Father, Mother etc. The use of registration is limited and provided only for class-I members of the family.
18) Customers shall clearly mention the intention of registration i.e. to which person/beneficiary they are registering. If it involves third party registration, the concern person’s (to whom the registration is being done) written consent/electronic consent is mandatory before registering. The beneficiary will become our/firms customer and not the payer of the amount. And shall binding by all the terms and conditions of the firm.
19) Customer hereby authorised firm to use, refer, copy, share user profile to someone else for the same purpose like customer. Further, firm is authorize to communicate with others for profile matching. Firm’s Authorized website is secured. But, in case of theft, misuse of customer’s intangible and electronic data, information, information in any form made by third party in such case, user cannot claim any losses and/or damages from the firm. He further, can take legal action on such third party users/thefts as per law in force.
20) Firm is hereby authorized by the customer to send, share, transfer their all/partial information to other users/profile holders to investigate, communicate, contact. For this, firm may use any electronic and traditional medium for sharing information like SMS, Whatsapp, Mail, Letter etc.
21) The customer while entering into this website and registering himself shall abide with the terms and conditions and deemed to have accepted.
22) While entering into the service and agreement, it is deemed that, the customer have read, understood all the terms and conditions of the firm and agreed for the same. No any doubt/s is/are remain unsolved in the mind of the customer.
23) Customer shall not promote any other similar website, mobile app, matrimonial services, websites, and matrimonial companies on this website or anywhere in firms working area.
